This policy explains how NCR The Grand ("we", "us"), which runs the online store Sportonation (sportonation.com), collects, uses and protects your personal information. Payment information

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on their secure systems. We never see or store your full card details.

  • Shopify, the platform our online store runs on, which stores order and customer data on our behalf
  • Payment providers, to process your payment
  • Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order (name, phone, address)

Our website uses cookies – small files saved on your device – to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. Some cookies are set by Shopify and analytics tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store (like the cart) may not work properly without them.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as needed to complete your orders, handle returns and warranty questions, and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

We sell toys and sports goods for children, but our store is meant to be used by adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.
