Return & Refund Policy – Sportonation

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging with tags and invoice

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)

  • For damaged/incorrect items, photo/video proof is mandatory


How to Request a Return / Exchange

To initiate a return, exchange, or complaint:

Please include:

  • Order Number (in subject line)

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Images or unboxing video (if applicable)

Important:
Requests must be raised within:

  • 24–48 hours for damaged/defective/missing items

  • 30 days for general returns

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Once your request is received, we will respond within 1 working day

  2. If approved, you will receive:

    • Return instructions

    • Shipping details

  3. After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours

  4. You will be notified about approval or rejection of refund


Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

  • Refund will be issued to:

    • Original payment method (if requested via email), OR

    • Store credits (if applicable)

Note:

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider

  • If refund is delayed:

    • First check your bank account

    • Then contact your card provider/bank

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

To cancel:


Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 24–48 hours if:

  • Item is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item is delivered

  • Items are missing

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for proof.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care / hygiene products (e.g., socks, bandages)

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain medical or wearable items


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Item is not in original condition

  • Item is damaged due to customer misuse

  • Item is returned after the allowed time


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Fastest way: return the item and place a new order


Return Shipping & Charges

  • Shipping charges (including return shipping) may be deducted

  • A service fee (if applicable) may be charged to cover logistics


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided
