Orders & payment

How can I pay?
You can pay online using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is also available on orders up to ₹5,000, with no extra fee.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number as soon as possible.

Do you take bulk orders for schools, academies or clubs?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the items and quantities, and we will share a quote.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within about 5 km of our Vaishali shop – Vaishali, Kaushambi, Indirapuram, Vasundhara and nearby. If checkout says we don't deliver to you, WhatsApp us or choose free pickup from the shop.

How much is delivery, and is it ever free?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, a ₹49 delivery charge applies, shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after that. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we will message you when your order is ready at our Vaishali shop.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some items like opened perfumes, strung rackets and worn shoes or clothing cannot be returned. See Returns & Refunds.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Message us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and box. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

Products

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We have run our shop in Vaishali since 2013 and sell genuine products from brands like Yonex, Li-Ning, Nivia, Cosco, Stiga, DOMS and Bella Vita – the same stock we sell over the counter.

Do you string badminton rackets?
Yes, we can string your racket at the tension you prefer. Message us on WhatsApp to know the string options and charges.

I'm not sure which size, weight or model to buy. Can you help?
Of course. WhatsApp us with the player's age, height or level of play, and we will suggest the right bat, racket, shoe size or skates.

Where is your shop and when is it open?
Plot No 314 A, Flat No G-2 & G-1, Ground Floor, PNB Rd, Sector 3A, Block B, Sector 3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201019. We are open every day, 9 am – 9 pm. Get directions.
