These terms apply when you use sportonation.com or buy from us. Sportonation is operated by NCR The Grand, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, with its shop at Plot No 314 A, Flat No G-2 & G-1, Ground Floor, PNB Rd, Sector 3A, Block B, Sector 3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201019.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST).
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.
  • We try to keep all prices correct. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price you paid for an accepted order will not change.

Products and stock

  • We sell the same stock online and in our physical shop, so an item may sometimes sell out after you order. If that happens, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
  • Product photos are for reference. Actual colour, design or packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings or updates by the brand.
  • Descriptions and specifications come from the brand or our own checks. If you need exact details (weight, size, grip, age suitability), please ask us before ordering.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we dispatch it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or details were wrong, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we may check your order with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Warranty

Where a product comes with a warranty, it is the manufacturer's warranty, and it follows the brand's own terms. We will help you contact the brand or its service centre. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents and improper care are usually not covered. Sports equipment such as bats, rackets and balls wears out with use and is generally not covered for breakage during play.

Safe use of products

Please follow the age guidance and safety instructions that come with toys, skates, skateboards and sports equipment. Young children should always be supervised, and protective gear should be worn where recommended.

Use of this website

  • Please give correct information when you order, including your name, phone number and address.
  • Do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use.
  • Text, photos and logos on this site belong to us or to the respective brands and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, strikes, natural events or government restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
